Talc
Talc is a naturally occurring hydrous magnesium silicate mineral with the chemical formula Mg3Si4O10(OH)2.
It is the softest mineral on the Mohs hardness scale (hardness of 1), offering excellent lubricity, chemical inertness, high whiteness, low abrasiveness, moisture resistance, and thermal stability. Depending on the application, talc is available in different particle sizes, brightness levels, and purity grades.
